Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, we only accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations under certain circumstances.


Returns & Exchanges

We ONLY accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Item Shipped

  • Item Defect

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.


Refunds

Refunds are strictly limited and will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • You received a defective item

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo and/or video proof of the issue

Refund requests submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

If approved, refunds will be issued at our sole discretion to the original payment method or as store credit. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our requirements.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Damage caused by the shipping carrier

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


Chargebacks

Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with evidence including order confirmation, tracking information, and delivery confirmation. Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
